Osseo Football
TEAM SUCCESS
The primary goal of Osseo Football is to have a successful championship team. This goal can only be achieved by every player and every coach, whether offensive, defensive or special teams, working together as one complete unit. We are neither an offensive team, defensive team, special team, nor a coaching staff – we are the Osseo Football Team! NEVER FORGET THIS!
As an offensive player you must realize the important of the defense. As a defensive player you must realize the importance of the offense. And both offense and defense must realize the importance of special teams. For Osseo to be successful all parts of the Osseo system must be hitting on all cylinders.
Every time an athlete goes out to play, he must do it from the ground up – from the soles of his feet right up to his head. Some guys play with their heads. That’s okay. You’ve got to be smart. But, more important, you’ve got to play with you heart and every other fiber of your body. Any time you can get a guy to play with a lot of head and a lot of heart, he’s never going to come off the field second.
